The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water available. The location was very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with our needs.
The overall experience was marred by a few negative aspects. The staff seemed disorganized and distracted, leading to long wait times and confusion during check-in and check-out.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is superb, located in a vibrant area near Ferguson college, it offered us access to various restaurants and eateries. The room decor was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine left for us upon our arrival. The location was also great, with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
The staff was quite unprofessional. They were not accommodating when our room had an issue with the air conditioning.
